Process
Our Ghee is cooked using ayurvedic bilona method
Step 1
The unifloral honey we provide you with, comes from certified beekeepers that work in Foot hills of Himalaya and is of the purest quality. Made from the nectar of only Jamun flower, they are a surprise for your taste buds.
Step 2
Scraping wax without mutilating the combs is done with a metal knife. Honey is accumulated by revolving the frames.
Step 3
Bees don't have to build new-fangled combs as the combs are put back into the hive. No distress occurs to the bees.
Step 4
We wrench our honey only once to demolish undesired particles before using it. Our honey is not warmed up or marched.
Step 5
Prior to bottling, we subject every batch to eleven FSSAI-mandated lab tests.
